Professional background
Ini brings experience across emergency medicine, correctional healthcare, and psychiatric care to her practice, with a career dedicated to supporting individuals through some of life’s most difficult moments.
Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, she cared for patients experiencing mental illness, trauma, substance use disorders, crisis situations, and complex co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions.
These diverse experiences strengthened her ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while remaining calm, supportive, and focused on each patient’s long-term healing and well-being.
Educational background
Ini earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner concentration from Wilkes University. Her education prepared her to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care through a patient-centered approach.
She was drawn to psychiatry after seeing firsthand how deeply mental health impacts every aspect of a person’s life and recognizing the importance of providing not only treatment, but also hope, understanding, and support.
Combined with her diverse experience in emergency medicine, correctional healthcare, and psychiatric care, her training allows Ini to provide thoughtful, individualized care that considers each patient’s mental, emotional, and overall well-being.
Outside of the office
When not providing psychiatric care to Arizona patients
Ini enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, traveling, playing soccer, swimming, staying active, and exploring new places. She is also passionate about personal growth, mental wellness, and serving her church community, and she volunteers with the Phoenix Rescue Mission to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness, and hardship.
For Ini, the most rewarding part of her work is witnessing her patients grow in confidence, find stability, and rediscover hope. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside people during some of life’s most vulnerable moments and support them on their journey toward lasting mental wellness.
