Other Important Information About Insurance and Payments
DO YOU ACCEPT MEDICAID PLANS?
We’re Unable to Accept Medicaid Plans
We wish we could serve everyone, but at this time, our practice is not in-network with Medicaid. That means we’re unable to provide services to anyone enrolled in Medicaid, even if it’s combined with another type of insurance.
Not sure if you have a plan with Medicaid?
The easiest way to determine this is to look at your insurance card to see if it includes one of the following logos or the word “Medicaid” on the card. If it does, you’re enrolled in Medicaid. Unfortunately, due to state regulations, we’re unable to see patients with Medicaid coverage.

But don’t worry — you can reach out to your insurance carrier for a list of in-network providers.
WHAT ARE YOUR SELF-PAY RATES?
Our Self-Pay Rates
Self-pay can be a great option if you’re out-of-network, prefer not to use insurance, or want more flexibility in your care. If you’re paying out of pocket, here’s what you can expect:
$275
$150
one-time fee
for an initial psychiatric evaluation
per session
for follow-up appointments
To help you plan ahead, please note that self-pay payments are processed one business day before your appointment.
CAN I PAY WITH MY HSA/FSA?
You Can Use Your HSA/FSA to Pay
Mental health care is an eligible expense for Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), meaning you can use pre-tax dollars to cover your treatment. These accounts are often provided by employers or are available through high-deductible health insurance plans, helping to reduce the overall cost of care.
To use your HSA or FSA for payment, simply provide that card’s details when booking your appointment. If your account requires additional documentation, such as a receipt for reimbursement, we’re happy to provide one — just let us know what you need.
