Bryan Reddick was drawn to psychiatry because it blends science and empathy, allowing him to help patients navigate their challenges while fostering meaningful, long-term relationships.
Since his teenage years, he’s been fascinated by how people perceive and interpret the world differently. At the same time, he saw how mental health challenges seemingly would go unnoticed despite the impact of symptoms.
For him, mental health care is about understanding, connection, and support.
Bryan earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Psychiatric Mental Health from Arizona State University.
Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, he gained extensive experience in inpatient mental health, intake coordination, outreach, and care coordination.
His diverse background allows him to approach patient care from a well-rounded perspective, ensuring treatment is both holistic and tailored to each individual.
Bryan takes a collaborative approach, ensuring patients feel actively involved in their care. He believes in open communication, shared decision-making, and creating a treatment plan that aligns with your unique needs, goals, and experiences.
Bryan believes that mental health care should feel accessible, supportive, and free of judgment. Through his virtual psychiatric care practice, he provides a safe, welcoming space where you can openly discuss your experiences and challenges at your own pace.

Bryan enjoys backpacking, camping, fly fishing, and working on his project car. All serve as a reminder that diligence, planning, patience, and small adjustments can lead to progress.
He also loves spending time with his wife and their dog, PJ. Together, they enjoy keeping up with Arizona sports, cooking new recipes, and tackling DIY projects — because just like mental health, a home is always a work in progress.
Bryan believes that taking time to focus on the things that bring you joy, challenge you, and keep you grounded is an essential part of well-being — both in life and mental health.
