From the South parking lot, take the exterior stairs to the top floor and enter through the door marked ‘Suite E.’
Walk down the hallway until you reach a staircase on your left. Head up these stairs, and you’ll see a sign with your provider’s name on the office door.
Please have a seat in the waiting room. Your provider will get you when your appointment is ready to begin.

Our Denver office is located on the third floor and doesn’t have elevator access, but we’re happy to make arrangements to meet you in an accessible first-floor office. Please give us as much notice as you can so we can coordinate accordingly.
